Return and Refund Policy

At Burlington, we want you to feel confident with every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@theburlingtonstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
